Love Island's return left viewers gobsmacked after ex TOWIE star Joey Essex was unveiled as a shock bombshell in the closing moments of Monday's episode. The 33-year-old made his name in the Essex based show before going on to appear in I'm A Celeb, Celebs Go Dating, Dancing On Ice, The Jump and Celebrity Ex On The Beach. However despite being a reality TV veteran many fans failed to recognise him as he made his dramatic villa arrival, claiming he looked 'unrecognisable'.
