Cops are urging a gunman to 'turn himself in' after two people were killed in a mass shooting at a Texas Juneteenth celebration over the weekend. The incident happened in well-known Austin suburb Round Rock Saturday night, following a fight between two groups, police said. A search for the suspect is now underway, after 14 others were reportedly injured, including two children. Ages ranged from 10 to 62 years old, local officers revealed.
