Kanye West's new neighbors SLAM 'delusional' rapper for his plans to build a city within Beverly Hills
Kanye West has angered some people in his new Beverly Hills neighborhood and he hasn't even moved in yet. The hip-hop icon recently closed on a new 20,000 square foot mansion for a cool $35 million, as he and his wife Bianca Censori galavant around in Tokyo, Japan in recent days. While West hasn't said outright that he's planning on bringing his DROAM plan — a self-sustaining city he first proposed to build in the Middle East — to the Westside of Los Angeles, some people seem to think he's now imagining the idea in an Instagram post, TMZ reports.
