The former Love Island contestant, single following her latest split from on-off girlfriend Demi Sims, suggested she has moved on while enjoying a night out with Leah in central London. Megan, 30, caught the eye in a pair of loose-fitting camouflage shorts and a sheer lace top as the couple settled into the back seat of an Uber, where they shared a lingering kiss while making their way to a local hotel.
