Gemma Collins has revealed she had to call an ambulance for her fiancé Rami Hawash on Friday night, as she thanked the paramedics for their help. The former TOWIE star, 43, took to her Instagram stories on Saturday to reveal that the businessman, 50, had been taken ill. She shared a picture of Rami laying on the sofa as he was hooked up to a machine, with two ambulance workers surrounding him.
