Den of Thieves 2: Pantera stole the crown from last week's winner to land at the top of the box office. The thriller, starring Gerard Butler as an LA police officer in Europe trying to track down O'Shea Jackson Jr's would-be crook who is planning a big diamond heist, debuted with a solid $15.5 million in ticket sales at the domestic weekend box office, according to Box Office Mojo, in spite of poor reviews from critics.
