Justin Bieber was pictured visiting a spa in West Hollywood, California on Tuesday, going shirtless and looking unkempt as fans have been concerned for him as of late. The Canadian pop star, 30, was seen in a series of images taken as he went shirtless to the establishment in Southern California with fellow musical artist Mk.gee, 28. The pop star's wife Hailey Bieber, 28, did not appear to be present, amid speculation about the couple's relationship.
