Teddi Mellencamp caught with an old friend Monday in Los Angeles for lunch, who just happened to be another reality star. The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 43, who has admitted to going through a 'hard time' following surgery to remove a brain tumor, looked in good spirits as she exited an Encino area eatery with Southern Charm star Shep Rose, 44. Mellencamp, who had to shave her head for recent brain surgery, looked cute in a blonde wig with a cowgirl hat.
